The thrill of maple organic merching/flipping/scalping was to know instantly recognize the value of an item as well as it's hidden value before someone others and be rewarded or punished based on your judgement compared to others.The site also updated their system and basically everything is now so closely priced which completely eliminates any skill expression in maple merching as well as slowly eliminating the existence of a good or bad trade. Sure you can simply buy low now and sell high later like you do equities and financial assets but that in itself is a different concept.I'm sure there are still ways extremely good merchants can overcome this and things may change with more available items and future meta changes but as of now the time/effort to reward ratio for purely merching just isn't there as you're mostly likely much better off farming efficiently selling rare drops. Let me know your thoughts.

People are desperately trying to make Slash Blast not seem like absolute dogshit despite not realizing HP values are higher across the board for every single monster and will undoubtedly be higher for mobs in Ossyria too. It worked back then because mob density was higher and you needed to be as efficient as possible due to grinding solo, but with smaller mob counts and party grinding being a regular thing, you have to force slash blast to be efficient by using Rush at risk of having someone else KS you.Theoretical mobbing is never gonna beat practical high-damaging single target skills.
