Which Atelier do I play first as a newbie?

Honestly, Ryza. Pretty much the perfect beginner starter Atelier games. I love Rorona and Totori however they have a brutal time system that is not beginner friendly at all.Yes, yes, muh git gud, however when talking about a game for an absolute beginner to get someone into the series, Ryza is a no-brainer. Then once they're hooked and want to play more, thats when you introduce them to the classics like Rorona and Totori

Rorona DX.It's the best Atelier but you won't be able to go back if you start with Ryza. Most people get filtered by (the very lax) time limits.
