Easily. You get to eat, drink, fuck, gamble, work out, anything. Whether you're just playing or experiencing it first person it's so well rounded you could probably cope pretty well as far as purgatories go.
Pokemon. You get friends for free, unreal amounts of cunny, love is real, you can reproduce with Pokemon, you can do cool battles, there's no real diseases or poverty or hardship, it's as utopian as it gets. Plus, if you're triple digit IQ you'll be an absolute genius compared to the innocent playskool people that populate the world. It also has precedent for insanely old people, so nobody will bat an eyelid. Plus, the food looks good. And, if you get really bored, you can always pursue a Mystery Dungeon reincarnation or time travel via Arceus or Billswap your body into a Pokemon's or clone yourself and do consciousness uploading or escape into a different dimension where there's blue cunny or have sex with a big boob hag in a hotspring or make art or date a computer AI or do so many things. There is no other answer. Except maybe Mario, since that automatically attaches you to hundreds of worlds.
