I've played only one of those so can recommend only one of those. But I'm not telling which one because I'm not a shill.

DA2 actually adds a lot to the game and is about 30 hours long. I highly recommend it if you played DD2 and wished there was a lot more to it, and the loot was more satisfying. The gameplay can be very challenging or at least very fun even if you figure out how to get broken fast. There are multiple endgame bosses, a truly hard mode, and a hard mode ultimate boss.

Phantom liberty is more of the same and is about 10 hours long. I can recommend it if you enjoyed CP2077 and want more stories in the setting. Unless you mod the game heavily you will be overpowered even on very hard and the DLC will not be a challenge in terms of gameplay at all.

IMO DA2 >>>>> PL in terms of value in a DLC. But both are good in their respective ways if you appreciate the base game.

I still want the Cyberpunk 2077 they said they were making, the choice and consequence RPG with a bunch of different classes, instead of the open world looter shooter we ended up with.

I still feel like we got bait and switched.

what does hard mode for dd2da actually add?
>>
>>750315443
both games support suzi hunter so neither if you're not a faggot
>>
if you liked Cyberpunk the DLC is higher quality than the base game

Enemies actually will try to kill you in hard mode (especially if you're chanting a spell), and they're much more resistant to taking damage normally. You have to put them off balance, tackle and pin them, and throw them around.

makes it sound like they are health sponges though
>>
Couldn't you just grab the files and use creamAPI or whatever the fuck
>>
>>750316692
there is nothing rewarding about exploring
all the gear you find is useless

Stuff like the drakes definitely are sponges until level 60 or so; Everything else, you just have to be more thoughtful about how you engage them. Hobgoblins can and will gleefully wreck your shit, but they aren't 'healthy'.
