i don't have much money to spend and was looking for one that can play modern games
>>
>4gb vram gfx card
The fact it doesn't even say what card it is is kinda weird. You probably want at least 8gb of vram if you want to play on medium. I would recommend paying at least 1000 for a tower by itself if you want to make pc gaming worth your while. Steal a keyboard and monitor from a dumpster or something.

If you don't have much money, don't buy a pre-built, it will never be a good deal. They will force awful parts that they would never be capable of selling otherwise.

The deal you posted does not even state which GPU it is. Which is a huge red flag. If the GPU was any decent, they'd use it as a selling point. Anyway, you can't play anything with 4GB of VRAM in 2026.

You can easily build a much better PC for that same price tag if you buy each component individually.

>but I don't know how to build a PC!
It is still much cheaper if you pay someone to build it for you. With that said, where I live there are many retailers that will build it and ship it fully built for you if you buy every single component necessary to build a PC from their website, check if something like that exists next to you. Or just buy all parts and bring them to a tech shop.

4gb graphics is going to chug on anything made after 2010. You should aim for 8gb.
>>
People will always say build your own, but the fact you were considering the prebuilt in your pic means you're probably 99% unlikely to bother building one. Just do what >>750682569 said and spend 1000 dollars on a tolerable tower and find the accessories somewhere cheap as fuck.

No brand 4gig GPU (my old laptop from 2012 has a 4 gig GPU)
Not specified AMD processor, expect bottom of the barrel.
So unless you plan on only playing games from before 2015, no, it's not a good deal.
>>
>>750682935
Actually, scratch the best buy one. This is better.

it's an rx 550, from kaitian/peladn, whose page says that the gpu has high-speed memory particles, is built out of harsh materials, and has 4g connectivity

grab a modern console instead if you missed out on grabbing a good pc before prices went batshit

No, it is shit.
>>
>>750683010
This looks fine for medium-ish pc gaming. Probably what I would do if I was poor and too lazy to build one.

get a mac mini and emulate all the consoles. maybe $200 or so

Now is basically your last chance to ever buy a PC, so if you ever want to, just buy whatever you can at the price you can afford.

No, you will not be able to run anything with those specs
>>
>>750682406
lol jesus christ absolutely not. you can get a 4GB card for like 80 dollars used, it doesn't even say what CPU has "ryzen 5" could literally mean first gen ryzen 5 which is absolutely pennies right now on ebay, like 40 dollars. i wouldn't be surprised you can get these parts for like under 400 on ebay.
>>
>>750683853
This is like telling a bum ass broke person to buy their first car at a dealership.

Now is the time for scanning gumtree, ebay and pawnshops for any kind soul willing to sell their used hardware at a decent price.
>>
>>750682406
crazy that they're allowed to scam normalfags that don't know better with 4gb cards, honestly pathetic

My mid 3050 4gb can run elden ring perfectly on high.
Sometimes I wonder what world you guys are living in.

even in the dlc?

Yeah at 720p/30fps

No at 1080p60fps
>>
>>750685778
Haven't reached there yet, is it more demanding?

In that case I call bullshit. You're saying your 3050 is 25% more powerful than everyone elses, despite also having gimped vram.
>>
>>750686172
No idea where you got this chart from, but I really can play it at 50-60fps. And definitely at stable 60fps on lower settings.
>>
>>750682569
It doesn't say what it is because it's a random one that matches those specs. Some options = gtx 1050, gtx 960, gtx 1650. I think it can also be Chinese 750 ti or gt 1030
>>
>>750682406
Looks like clearance stock they sell to suckers.

if you only play the oldest games, yeah
>>
I'm not OP, but I found an objectively great Gaming PC that costs less than $1,000.

Thoughts?
