Rune Factory series is on sale for Switch. Which one is best one for a newcomer?
4 is great, and I've heard good things about 3 as well. But those are the only two good games.

I pick 3 not remembering much about the mechanic and I would personally recommend 3, you will learn the basic very fast with that one and the girls are just fun in their own way.Only thing you might get frustrated is the game not telling you basic things, like selling the seeds also updates the shop LV and registering a new item will be in the item pool of the all-item shop. the most frustrating part of all games is collecting wood

It was when the really nailed the formula after a couple of attempts, and afterwards they kept doing more shit that just made the series worse and worse.Basically: Just play 3, it is really the only good one.
