That's also why the emulator doesn't care about you not having any keys right now. Everything currently dumped is decrypted (it's kind of like the PSVita dumps started years ago, some folks dumped decrypted copies then a better method appeared and dumps got better and ultimately you could fetch encrypted dumps from sony because you had full access for real this time).Why not keep a console offline in 23.0.1 and put WiWa's cartridge and dump that then? because I'm assuming that the keys needed to read it will not be the ones that can do the current firmware version. They will not be the literal latest firmware at that time unless it releases with a mandatory day 1 update somehow but they will not be 23.0.1 either. It's also why Anons are happy that this is happening close to Zelda, because it will be decrypted from the cart but many more are angry that it got disclosed this early keeping anything else of interest (pokemon, really) out of its range.
