I didn't know that at the time, I just knew there were a handful of games on it I wanted to play and the guy was selling the console and most of the titles I wanted for dirt cheap. Got the console, a couple of VMUs, the Gameshark, Skies of Arcadia, Sonic Adventure 2, and Grandia 2 for a little over 50 bucks. He called me and begged me to return it to him after the news broke.
