>>750915902Yeah but the levels are not randomized in Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man. The enemies being dynamic while the stage is static is a core tenet of Pac-Man's game design. It's not like the ghosts in Ms. Pac-Man are completely random. They're mostly the same as in Pac-Man. The only difference is that Blinky and Pinky have random movement in the first few seconds of each round to prevent you from cheeseing the game like you could in Pac-Man.
