Almost definitely the mr beast infostealer. Log out of all existing sessions (but make sure u got all your passwords and guards and ways to get in on a phone after or whatever) and nuke your pc. Full windows reinstall from a USB. Has to be that way, don't do it through your pc.

Do you have a dynamic IP? Did your IP change inbetween? Maybe your session expired on your local PC, while Steam tracked your old IP.
