Otherwise it was fine, everybody hates Mexico it was a dogshit setting, audio was fixed but not up to 3 standards. 6 fixes the audio the most, has touge, has the best city, has event lab, fixes the R34, R33, R32, and Silvia models. Time attacks are fun, roads are still wide as fuck but it's the best map by far, a permanent snowy area and winter confirmed for not fucking with the roads. Forza Editions feel like cars you actually want, or at least like actual uniques.

The F40C sounds really cool in this game. It sounded good before but there's something different now that makes it sound cooler.
Do some cars just have really good stock tires? I was messing with the CLK and the stock tires have 1.36 lat Gs but the shop (and PI increase) shows regular streets have more grip despite dropping down to 1.22 lat Gs. In this scenario it matters because the CLK's weight reduction is massive but pushes it into S2 with rallies or better. It felt pretty driveable on stock tires but I just want to know what stats to trust when the game throws contradicting information at me.

Now in a sim that should punish you heavily for shifting when the gears aren't synced and your engine RPM doesn't match the gear you've selected but Forza lets you get away with it. IRL you can even do this in an H-pattern if you sync up the rotation speed of the engine with your next gear. Well, if you don't care about the wear that is.

As someone who played fh4 long term, the different track conditions really helped with replayability both online and offline. I loved dominating online road races in my BAC Mono with snow tyres. And the look of the snowy roads was beautiful.I’m happy we have it for aesthetic variation, but I really wish we could get the slippery roads back. I think casuals hated it when they logged in for the one time that month and it was winter, and they suck so they’re just sliding through turns and don’t appreciate the extra challenge.Ill still probably end up liking this game more than 4, but I guess that will always be a point for fh4 in my book
