>>571322278One thing I dislike about perk mods in general is combat perks often end up being just +damage, and VB is no exception although that's a result of it being a mix of others. There are a few perks in the various trees that aren't +damage such as higher attack speed etc but I usually avoid going deep into those trees for that reason. VB is still enjoyable overall though and it's nice to have the options to just splash into or go deep in a skill.I'm intending to try my hand at a custom skill tree for guns and am specifically going to avoid +damage perks. I'm of the opinion that guns and maybe crossbows should have little to no scaling, which is the other part I need to figure out.
