I was playing Final Fantasy Tactics A2 on Hard mode recently and I think endgame content in SoC should be like that. Enemies hit extremely hard and will 1-2 shot you, but they have simple movesets of a basic attack + 1 or 2 long-range nukes, so you have to position all of your units intelligently but there aren't any stupid-ass gimmicks or puzzles to worry about.

Doing 10 of these bounties a day seems tedious as fuck. I just did one of the hardest difficulty ones and it wasn't hard, but I had to manual and it took quite a while since the enemy took 90% reduced damage from the front and was arranged in an annoying way and had block to face my attacks.

Hierophant is technically the best ST damage but getting good ones is a pain 'cause it's rarer. There are a lot of niche ones like Empress for debuff removal and Hermit for making certain characters survive certain things.

She is also really low investment and can be run at 1*, freeing up your shard farming for other characters.
