>>567869251The modern decks structure decks that came out in earlier in the year has a good mitsurugi deck. It comes with three decks and a complete set of all the staples, Which nowadays is half of the deck, so you can assemble your deck even easier.

There's no casual ygo because of the harsh reality of getting handtrapped to death. Decks should do "their thing" every game, but no we can't have that because that means unbreakable setups or FTKs.
