Chernobog and the 2 lungmen annihilations are permanent while the AEgir one is the seasonal, which means you can farm it like the other 3 and it will go away in a few weeks. All others are not farmable but need to be completed for the first clear rewards

You'll want to copypaste the list from the wiki into a spreadsheet then just mark off the ones as you do them so you don't have to go through the shitty ui to check stuff
