I would imagine that even if slavery is outlawed in 4E Morrowind, it still probably happens a lot illegally and some authorities probably wouldn't bother prosecuting it. Dunmer culture generally doesn't believe in rule of law, they're all about honor, customs, temple doctrine, or might make right. Rule of law as concept is something that was enforced on them by the Imperials and their Hlaalu collaborators, and arguably the ALMSIVI as well. They literally worship(ped) Mephala and Boethiah in the first and fourth eras, and those aren't gods that encourage people to follow rules.

SMP can look really good in certain situations and bad in others, CBPC is the allrounder and depending on the settings you can have different effects depending on clothing type and orientation, i.e. if you choose the extra gravity option, the breasts will behave differently if the character is on the back or hunched over.SMP has a static setting, the 3ba installer allows different variations. You can go high gravity with SMP as well but this will apply in all circumstances.
