So if you really want to invest in Cissia for her rerun I'd aim for M2W1 so you don't fall behind on literally everyone else that comes in the meantime.As for 3.1, versions are typically 6 weeks long each. Barring any surprise delays or changes, 3.0 will start on June 16th, meaning 3.1 should start at the end of July.

Yet, I'm looking at reputable websites that sell player accounts, and I could easily get an account with Miyabi AND with Promeia, Koleda and Lycaon (AND his exclusive W-Engine) for only $12.88. From that same site, I can get an account with Miyabi AND Jane (alongside Soldier 11 and Harumasa) for $15.99. If I do choose to buy an account, then that's money that isn't going to the developers that I could have easily and willingly given to the developers if only they weren't so retarded with their rerun schedules. How the fuck does it hurt their bottom line to not guarantee character reruns at least once every 6 months? With Miyabi and Jane Doe, it's even more important to have frequent reruns, since they're quickly getting powercrept, and all the meta tierlist talk I hear of Miyabi says that you need her to at least be M2 these days to be competitive (so even if we theoretically got a Miyabi rerun in the next few months, a new player who wants to make her useful HAS to roll for dupes).
