The average wait time for a group is ~25m for me, significantly lower than a DPS wait time, but still not instant. And some nights get really bad with 45m to 1hr waits.

I play WoW with my old man, and considering before starting WoW like a year or two ago, he's never played a WASD / fps / and game where you control the camera, basically. Has played RTS and RPGsHe's come far and I'm proud of him. We do M+ 10s and 11's basically no problem, he's 285 Demo warlock.But he does want to raise his M+ rating and there's a few problemsHis DPS hovers around 70-90k, which is passable for 10-11, but in higher levels, people start being dicksHe's a keyboard turner, he presses his abilities with his mouse. And he doesn't strafe. I've tried to teach him but honestly he's adapted amazingly well considering, he almost never gets hit by shit.But at 12+ if we don't do mechanics we do die, and the damage is a bit low. I'm a healer so I can just heal him through errors but not on 12+. People get mad at his dps. lack of kicks. We had one group insidering I was dual-accounting him. I want him to have fun, not feel like a piece of shit, but he wants to raise his score.What do bros. It's hard to teach him strafing and using the camera at all. He won't press keys. Is the single button rotation button being spammed faster than mouse clicking your actual abilities? Maybe that'd help if I can teach him to use that
