There are multiple medium armors that give 0 armor and 0 dr so I take it it's not an error, it's intended. Even though there are also light armors in the game.And with this one in particular, knowing owlcat, it's a coin toss whether they mean the wearer or the target's vital's damage lol.+10 Fel is good, and the ability is good, but it's hard to justify when it's competing with armors that give 60 armor shell and 26% damage reduction like Hypatia is currently wearing. I've had people just drop dead from a few enemy attacks despite being in cover in this game on harder difficulty, so the armor shell and dr are both important mechanics.
