Binah D takes 20 tokens, but it only takes 1 token to retry the battle with the same team or a different team, which makes it the most cost effective option. All you have to do is throw wave after wave at it as long as you're doing decent damage each time. Even doing 20m damage each time, and having to do it five times is probably more worth it than doing C. I think the reward for C is 125 while the reward for D is 280. Take a bit more time figuring out the raid.
