The 3D team can't make a unique model for every character and every skin with slightly different proportions. So you end up with some discrepancy between 2D art and 3D model. Especially since they're starting to cut some characters out of it anyways. I feel like the game will be missing variety in body shapes in the long term as a result of the approach they chose for the first months of launch. We won't be seeing a tall character with smaller breasts or shorter character with bigger breasts. Makes me wonder what they'll do with Katya if they still plan to make her playable. It'll obviously look off if she used the same body model as the other characters with the same height.

The point of her signature grenade launcher is that it's meant to be very strong but has a very long reload time so it's effectively unusable by anyone besides Hilda. It all depends on how strong her signature weapon ends up being.
