I had a lot of fun running the Middle team for the Nursefather gauntlet and butterfly section. Definitely could've picked better debuffs for the Butterfly though as the burn really started to stack up towards the end, partly due to Laevateinn. The fights were long enough to fully ramp up and get a good mix of EGO passives and the fights required a good mix of clashing and countering to mitigate damage and status build up while still dealing good damage. I wasn't a huge fan of section 2 despite how cool the presentation was, mainly because I had pretty bad RNG for it when it came to coins and speed rolls. The first phase really showcases how important SP snowballing is since almost every attack is AOE and it really wants you to beat his wrath skill. Will You Play? had a fun gimmick of killing whoever is it while also ensuring that someone has power down to lose against her envy skill but Hohenheim really drags the section down by being an annoying shit with his shield.

Pretty fun but Section 3 in particular can suck my nuts. Two boring damage sponges one after the other and the first one feels REALLY punishing if you hit an unlucky Tails and miss a damage threshold because failing to at least Stagger one of the three shitty Middle units severely limits your capacity to get early damage on Outis and Heath (less so Ish because she's squishy as fuck but her Counter is still hurts like a bitch even with the "Tag" debuff).Also I liked Butterfly of Entangled Lives' gimmick but the phases are WAY too unbalanced between each other. Kapagni is bar none the most threatening of the "Ultimate" moves so you basically never want it to build high Past and Future is generally unthreatening directly but can make the fight drag like a motherfucker which is bad with all the Burn and Bleed so Present is the one you want most of the time.

Yinglong is the 1st time I've ever truly felt stuck on a boss in the game. Damage to him just happens so slowly and 1 mistake snowballs so hard.

Not bad, rupture is still king it seems. The last boss is another pushover like the king if you disable the first passive on all 3 butterfly illusions, Faust's Thoracalgia turned out to be better than Fluid Sac for once thanks to it being a passive heal.
