Milteo is a non-factor anywhere below ~1800 CR, it doesn't have the presence, popularity or even tournament dominance as some previous meta decks that were untouched for much longer (Dirt, Loot, Egg...). It is absolutely omnipresent at very high ranks but that's like .1% of the playerbase, it's relevant to a few hundred players at most... I wouldn't mind balancing around top level but then you'd have to do this consistently and not just at random for specific decks. By the same token, why on Earth do we still have to deal with Evo Forest? How is Haven coming out of this unscathed when Amulet only has one real counter that barely sees any play?Also lowkey an admission of failure with the Bibatii nerf, which weakened other Abyss archetypes that were already a non-issue, while allowing Milteo to dominate with an untested, premature nerf.Also yet another lazy nerf where they can't really figure out a clever way to fix power level so they just increase PP cost.Masterpiece buffed to 8PP is disgusting, one of the most obnoxious cards in the game, basically another Althenia/Cesar/Camiscilla type of card that demands specific answers or wins on the spot, with no real set up or decision required. Why does portal keep having this recurring problem of being evo starved? The same deal with haven. Why do some classes have infinite rush cards and cards that do shit without evo, while others literally can't play the game without it. They started fixing it slowly by doing shit like removing evo requirement for Lyan, but it sticks out like a sore thumb when you can compare dragon/haven/portal to sword/abyss/rune/green sword in terms of how evo starved the former are, and how much free evos the latter get.

Abyss from this set is the most broken deck in this game's history. 2 back to back nerfs and still tier 1, no other deck even comes close. It's not even just milteo either, midslop is broken too.
