Here obviously having good ventilation and a nice fan will help the element cool, but there are very few ways that air ventilated systems can handle higher temperatures for extended periods without running way hotter in every component. It's usually also why front-mounted AIO radiators can be a bit finicky, as they usually sit right next to your GPU, which in turn makes it so you usually want to reverse your intake to avoid cooking the card further.
