I'm still thinking about how evil Eve was wasted in BMZ3. There was so many interesting ways to include her into the main story. Like, as a mutant she has to eliminate Jason, but since she copied the real Eve's feelings, she probably loves him as well. Just think about it:1) She could have gradually become more sincere in her feelings and eventually become a true ally in the end of the game. 2) Or it could be opposite - her mutant nature could have used Eve's appearance to lure Jason into a trap, revealing she was just an emotionless monster all this time. 3) Alternatively, she could have gone full yandere, trying to kill the real Eve to take her place! This character is a true treasure for the plot and it's such a shame that in the end she was just thrown in the trash.

Gameplay wise, it's all basic stuff, as most of your moveset is locked behind Astralization.

>>568922910The only way to deal with the backlash is to completely ignore GV3, bring back the old killer GV, and ignore all this talk of resurrecting old faces or redemption. iX is meant to be the happier, feel good timeline. Gunvolt is meant to be the grim one where the main characters kill other victimized kids and act like they've solved everything while leaving the old men who are actually making everything dystopian in power. Things can never get better in Gunvolt and you should never have an ending that makes you feel good.

The common adept wasn't anywhere near as genocidal as their nonadept counterparts in the main timeline. Asimov had to use magic brainwashing to get them to not care about the genocide that was going on, and coercion/hostages/more brainwashing to get many of them to participate in the killing.

Those smoldering ruins we see in the intro CG? They're considered "not as bad" as some of the other shit Copen and Roro have witnessed.The Sumeragi Falcons are the only ones under direct blackmail, and it's not even all of them. It comes across as a late-war desperation move to round up and coerce a few adepts with very potent abilities and push them in front of Copen in the hopes that at least one of them will be able to take him down. Sumeragi also realizes that he's slowly zeroing in on The Butterfly Effect's whereabouts.
