Saya only remembers bits and pieces about herself and Fuminori, who himself might be affected by Dissolution offscreen, making her forget. But that's pretty much all we have at the moment. The second half of her event will drop next week, so hopefully that gives some more details.

If you really want to stack counter, though, the big ones are Daffodil and purple 24 (Wanda can come, too). For pure blue/chaos, there aren't very many permanent counter stackers except Caecus, but his is one of the best in the game simply for scaling on the damage his 2-cost deals, which benefits from strength and can crit.
