Kunimitsu has average combo damage, it's just that her combo damage is flat. All of her stuff is between 75 and 80 damage, +15 if you get wall. She just doesn't have a big fuck off launcher or a huge CH launcher that does 30+ damage and just gives her a monster combo.Most characters deal roughly the same combo damage anyway, all the high dmg ones are because they have high dmg launchers. Nina f3 for example is a 30 dmg crumple starter. Electrics are 23 and you can fit a bunch when scaling is lowest, Heihachi b4 is like 34, etcetera.
