I’m running waltz Emily w Carmen and testing out rotating the 4th on corridor and it’s strange because despite not having a 2 piece hit set my Rosaria doesn’t seem to do better than Lacy even though I have similar investment among them, Rosaria has higher s2 levels and Lacy has higher affection. Both use the same gear set I just swap. Why is that? Shouldn’t Rosaria be overwhelmingly superior in a meta where landing debuffs is unreliable?

Still, from an offensive viewpoint landing her debuff isn't as crucial as it is with Rosaria.But yeah, B.Charlotte is just great in all content, even more so as a solo dealer

That said it’s really cool how she on insight can survive so long simply because the side mobs act as her healers. This might not apply to end game but right now she heals more than they do damage.I dunno I think Lacy doesn’t need Carmen at all and unlike Emily she’s not a magnet. I can imagine an attack/hit set would magnify her survivability through the roof.

I see people are talking about ignoring mobs. Every time I try that though, the mobs whittle me down too much and the boss always breaks through my tank and then the whole team falls apart. So I always focus on the mobs first, and then I outlast the boss over the next 60-70 turns and slowly whittle it down instead. Is everyone but me doing crazy unga bunga DPS damage or something? I can't figure out how to do operations without taking a highly defensive, slow and steady approach. Right now the only reason I'm making any new progress on my operations is because I got wedding Carmen and now I have a defensive core of Emily/Waltz Ash/ Wedding Carmen that keep each other alive and healed up.>We all got crazy buffs and stats from hard journeyI'm not there yet, I'm literally doing 18-9 on a second monitor. And, yeah, since the neck/ring have bigger main stats, they add a lot to CP even if the subs are shit.Since we have idle resource gathering, you're incentivized to be greedy about CP since it means you can push further, which means you get more resources, which means you can push further...You can basically push straight to 180-ish before it starts slowing down.

If you're new just level tier 1s because their substats don't matter only the main stat, the rates in which the substats go up is negligible on T1s and they're cheaper to level. If you have unlocked T2s get a decent main stat piece with ~2 good stats and max it, save the minmaxxing for later. It's not a process you can rush and this game is very stingy on materials for gear/getting T2s at all from hunts. I have the second last hunt unlocked which needs 266k combat power and I still get no T2s sometimes.
