I think a big reason it doesn't feel like character strength correlates with WR right now is because of the lack of drafts. In drafted teams, pocket is perma pick/ban. Like 100% every game. But if you play him in normals, you'll end up in games where the enemy team isn't even running any meta frontliners, and you'll be completely useless.In that sense, it makes perfect sense that Seven is always super high wr. What does he do? A little bit of everything. He's a sorta ult bot- but knockdown doesn't make him useless. He's a sorta m1 carry- but you can pick up some spirit items and just spam from range or play off your combos. He can farm jungle. He can fight ovjectives. He has enough cc to sideline. He's ok early, and pretty strong late.When you're essentially draft gambling every game, jack of all trades characters will win more games purely because there are fewer games where they get shut down by a bad draft.Sinclair is a perfect example too.
