The most common example is the cover dodge system, where a projectile is shot at your nikke's position, if your nikke has moved, the shot can be completely dodged, doing that for multiple nikke while maintaining optimal dps is more difficult than you can try. I remember when i first started nikke, beating train was really really annoying, we didn't have strong dps to break the parts, so we had to use a taunter to cover dodge the train projectiles. There are too many buffers nowadays that keep your team always alive and one shot the enemy so you don't have to play the mechanics. I legit hate using her because even in UR/SR the boss sometimes blinks, moves out of the screen or shields. Some bosses do have stuns and attack downs so I guess cover reaction speed might help a tiny bit. Honestly, I started using pause tech awhile ago to inch out just a little more for QTE or breakable parts. Last UR had bosses where it was recommended to auto most of it since the tracking was more consistent. But yeah, UR feels sandbaggy a lot of the time, especially when your syncro is high and you ignore pretty much all non debuff attacks.
