Push attacks kinda do, but not much.It's strong point is supposed to be stagger. So if you want to build for it, ignore attack speed nodes, get extra stamina for push attacks, learn the moveset, and be happy with staggering one rager with your specials while 9 more line up to rape you.

Mainly due to the way people are slavishly turning to the Machine God which the Emperor helped accelerate, exercising an extremely weird form of animism and idol worship, and knowing that within the Cult there was a splinter group who intended to not just try and destroy the Cult but also the Mechanicum due to believing the Emperor a false god.
