>>569216075Depends.Sonic 2 is very easy to get to grips with.Adventure 1 is a good start for adventure formula, but it requires emulation of the DC version or mods to restore to the DC version as the ports have degraded the game's quality and controls over time.For boost, colors is pretty easy going.Unleashed I think has the best boost stages but is also much harder so you would have to prepare for that, and also the werehog gimmick + medal collecting can be a hassle while Colors is a bit more "pure" or jump to Generations it's just a good experience all around and also pretty easy.But if you like Story Adventure is probably the best, same applies to SA2 as to 1 the port broke the controls and looks visually worse on many levels so you'd need to mod a PC version for Emulate Dreamcast version to get the best experience.Sonic 3 isn't anything grand but the story telling in it works pretty well, but may lose some impact not having played the games before it, but it still has a sense of scale and good presentation.Unleashed also has pretty cool moments but a more simple story.
