InZoi had a rough start but has actually improved somewhat. The building mode is pretty good and you can spend a long time creating your zois because of the realistic style. Paralives is more in tune with Sims 4 in style but has more powerful building tools and sim customization right out of the gate, but the live mode is lacking and still buggy.
