The real question that needs to be answered is how did it take this long for the company to ever open new factories or off-shore their operations. If you tally it up Playtime has nearly 80 unique toys being produced, all in the same factory, all given their own facilities. Production of commercials and even entire shows is also done in-house. An operation of that scale would be enough to put the Labs to shame.
