Is Virtuous Barrier an Ascendancy Tax if I'm playing Gemling Melee (Mace), pure Armour stacking.
I noticed Gemling Thaumaturgy gets some insane stuff, like 20% armor on Artic Armour Stacks and 20% more speed on Sunder.

Wondering if there is anything I can do to make Virtuous Barrier not a Tax like Titans Inventory.

Is it just me or is the Hunting Companion cluster bait (aside from the increased cull threshold)? Increased damage and attack speed with 4 meter presence range don't do much when Silverfist leaps around half the screen ever two seconds.

in campaign/early maps, don't feel compelled to only use armour-based items, an energy shield or evasion item with good life and resistances will be much better

This is probably a stupid question but are there any ways to target getting faster xp? I'm trying to get levels so I can swap to a different build but it needs a minimum level. I just got to maps so other than grinding them are there any tricks to speed things up? Like can you target specific ones for xp kind of like the xp maps in last epoch for example?

you'd probably use irradiated, delirium and one other tablet with azmeri spirits on it, use hilda to make the spirits infest the boss, then run around collecting them

Yeah, its a pretty comfy build.
Other than the pob the guy commented on his vid, check out his current poe.ninja page, a bit more clear cheat sheet for some stuff.
If you are on low budget, I highly recommend to cope with a [guiding palm of the heart shrine sceptre] in wep slot1 as a placeholder for [sacred flame shrine sceptre], cheap and still pretty good, and gives you purity of fire just like sacred flame, so you can get some expensive spirit gems in there for free (because auras granted by items dont consume spirit, including support gems).
Also, something like picrel with the + skill and 2 gain damage as... is pretty cheap for wep slot2, the +level can be of any elemental, so even more cheaper.
