Finished the anniversary event and I can only say that I am disappointed.

Very safe and short there is nothing exciting to write about it sadly.
>Characters
Granhildr and Luvencia are terribly annoying. Nekyndalia is the best of the main trio because she has the most development but it's not like there is a lot to explore because it's kept very short. Levidel is top cutie but that's it.
>Master
Probably the biggest nothing burger. He does literally nothing other than offer snacks I kid you not. He has no moments, he is not part of the story at all, he doesn't even have a freaking CG so he might as well not exist. Bro doesn't even cook despite being hired to be one! He carries a gun but doesn't use it like it feels like the devs played it way too fucking safe at expenses of turning him into a ghost and that drags the story down too.
>Pacing
Pretty damn slow start. Right after Levi's intro, Veila and Master's scene just goes on and on and when he arrives to the ship it also feels very slow. After that it starts to pick up but goddamn the start is such a slog.
>Setting
Great setting with a lot of potential but it keeps itself confided it feels like the characters only move between three rooms. I wouldn't have minded more to do or see inside that ship to make it more grandiose or epic. I mean it's THE anniversary event after all.

This is BD and previous anniversaries have not failed us... except this time. There is barely any fanservice. You think they would add some sexy hijinks with the Master right? Right?

Overall this is easily the weakest anniversary event and it falls mostly on the writing and presentation despite the amazing setting. Even if they removed the Master the story would not change.

i already got the regular venaka at +1 and i always pair her with dalvi which is my strongest most built unit so i don't think there is high prio on getting that costume to +1 when i mostly will be always using the regular one anyway.
eclipse already got the +5 bride one even though having this one could also be nice.
but i think luvencia makes the most sense seeing how it will also get it to +1 and im also most likely will +5 her new one or at least will get it to close to it (at +2 rn)
