Too Hot To Be True demo is out.

Production looks so-so with weird cuts, bitrate is rough, voice acting isn't great, choices are meh. Feels this might end up placing between SH and HTML, unless the other three girls manage to elevate this.

Finally got around to playing the Too Hot to Be True demo. First impressions are that it is pretty rough. I usually never notice the audio being out of sync in FMV games (probably because I can't speak the languages), but I could really hear it in the demo which was rough. Video quality didn't seem high and it was weird when choices were presented and the video cut to a separate scene. Hopefully they will clean it up for the full release.Story wise it seems okay. The first half of the chapter was kind of weird and a little bit too forced with sexual tension immediately, but the second half with the party was better. I still don't really understand why Gyeoul agrees to work at the guesthouse when she is already working at the café and has lodgings at a friend.Suah ended up having way more tattoos than I thought she would have. All those back tattoos do not look good at all. I also do not like how quick she was to get physical by hitting the MC. Maybe a cultural difference as a lot of these games tend to have a girl who is physically assaulting the MC as a gag.It is a crime that they never showed the dog.

Got to the end of chapter 6, but didn't have a good enough score to get any of the girls endings so I'll leave it for tomorrow. I like the cast, but it feels like some girls don't get much to do so far. I'm hoping there are some branching paths that give them some more time to shine. The story feels a bit messy, and I've had some issues with scenes being cut off, subtitles being too fast, and the video lagging causing the video to be out of sync. Despite that I'm enjoying BatS more than I thought I would. So far I think I like it more than Summer's Heartbeat.
