Right now we're on a level 29 cap. 1-19 is 2x, 20-29 is 1x.It takes an afternoon to get your character to 15 after which you can run Random Dungeon Finder and get to max level pretty fast. Professions are 2x as well. It's very low commitment, the playerbase is pretty good and not that sweaty. If you run out of things to do on your one character you can always PvP, level and alt or work on professions. We have a guild there too which helps people get geared.
