They just idle refusing to do anything despite there being plenty of work, but they sometimes actually do the work when you draft and undraft them. I did a Gloomy Dragonian start where I started with two Dragonians instead, making them both sisters and daughters of the Stellarch of the Empire (mother unknown), with a headcanon backstory of 'because Dragonians are usually killed or treated like a toy on sight, they were released into the wild to avoid a political scandal' (Gloomy Dragonian scenario start makes them start out perma-enemies of the Empire).I only did that because with Character Editor you had to set an existing pawn as Father and Mother if you wanted to have pawns be related to each other (you can remove either the Father or Mother after setting it up, but not both), but I didn't expect there to be an actual event that pops up if your pawns were directly related to the Stellarch. The fact that it even acknowledged the sister as well, not just one of them, is surprising to me.I don't think I have any mods that would generate such an event either, and it's the first time I've ever seen it in all those hundreds of hours of playing since Royalty.

At first I thought I was having issues with pawns working because of the Temp 1.6 Work Tab mod and so disabled it, but pawns are still refusing to work unless I set them to perform tasks at Priority 1 or 2. A Xenotype adds a custom body/head/eyes,etc. It is not playing nicely with NL and other face/body mods, it just renders above so it looks like a regular bodied pawn with a custom body atop of it.
