They're not invincible but they're hard to kill before they kill you. Playing HD2 with no way to respawn makes it exceptionally hard. Its not impossible to do D10 but its very, very difficult. >>570179094the wings getting their own HP pools is a meaningless change as far as the solo silo is concerned. the only part of the change that actually effects the performance of the solo silo is the wings going from 50% transfer to 30% transfers, but there's still more than enough other parts for the solo silo explosion to hit to put the total transfer to main over the main HP. the explosion clipping just 6 of the 12 total leg parts alone is 7500 damage transferred to main, 1000 more than what is needed. that's not counting the claws, the 4 wings themselves, the torso sacs, the carapace, the head.. you get the idea

>>570179094oh yeah, and at the same time that 20% got lopped off the wings transfer to main, the exDR of the wings was reduced from 80% to 50%, so the solo silo is doing an extra 30% damage to the wings. the wings went from transferring 250 damage (2500*0.2*0.5) before the change to transferring 375 damage (2500*0.5*0.3) after the change. the math just doesn't support the idea that rebalancing the wings HP was a nerf to the solo silo.
