Solo at least.4.1: Dethcube needs no survival mods because Nyx's 4 protects it. You can swap Regen for something else, dealer's choice.4.2: Nyx doesn't need Wyrm's or Nautilus's unique mods, I'd argue Nautilus is a detriment too since it can pull in Nullifiers and they can be pulled with their bubbles present or being spawned in. 4.3: Reinforced Bond isn't necessary since the best weapons for Nyx are crit ones, those are usually plenty fast at shooting. On one setup I use the AX-52, on the other the Soma.4.4: If Equilibrium bothers you, swap it to more Strength.5: Replace her 3 with Roar6: The best slaves for Nyx are Jade Light Supra/Gorgon users.

Since Nyx doesn't need shards, might as well use them to get Strength or Duration to make your slaves hit harder or last longer. There's also the topaz shard with its radiation effect, which would pair extremely well with her 1 and 2, but I'm not sure if it will proc since I'm not sure if the game registers it to Nyx or the slave. Haven't tested it and might not as well since I'm loving the current setup too much.
