Since the leak was real and those were in fact Yoneyama's drawings, I find it impossible to believe the text part was made up considering she explicitly drew the elf girl with glassy eyes, like you usually see with blind people in fiction.So the only explanation left for how the descriptions could not be accurate would be that they changed the characters and plot fairly late in development, X style. This would be a fairly major change considering you'd expect her condition to be an important part of her character. I don't know, I think the schizos are right here.
