It's not like they're a massive publisher with tons of projects they could be putting money into. I think a problem with the game is that so far there's kind of a lack of coherency in the game's systems. The game has a lot of parts but few actually interlock together in a coherent game design. An example for what I mean is the recycling stations - all regions have them, but you stop needing them like a few weeks in tops, and become completely pointless.Dijang and things like Clues and Credits just kinda feel like they have to be there because Arknights had them, and so on, and so forth. It makes it less engaging.
