SW being speed-based isn't really that bad. The real issue is how she's too reliant on CB. Expecting her to wipe out multiple enemy waves in one EBA just to extend said CB is insanityAnd for some reason, Yao has passive that extend her own CB duration, when the main DPS is the one who desperately needs it

Do they just not know how her kit works?A 4th elation character merely existing on the team buffs Eva’s energy regen from CB by 25%. This is her main source of energy and therefore dmg. The elation sustain could give no buffs, no punchline, nothing. Just existing would already do a decent amount. This is exactly the same as how a memosprite just being in the team buffs castorice’s ult regen by adding a teammate to heal or drain hp from.
You can actually design pearl to let brickwolf and brixie do an infinite loop:Pearl elation skill: start 5av countdown, in this countdown every time you consume skill points aha gets 10% action advance and generate 10 punchline.So basically the way it works is that1. aha advance e2 brixie 2. brixie eats all sp, brickwolf reloads it3. aha gets action advance to 0av and reload brickwolf blind box4. aha advance brixie to 0av, brickwolf reloads it4. aha advanced again, loopBut even in this team sw999 literally does 0 damage that is how bad of a character she is, her theoretical ceiling is literally being an sp battery for fucking sparxie who is already a trash character
