Why does the curse status ailment exist?
>>570318047To screw you over. Alternatively, for goofy strategies where you inflict curse on an enemy while padding your party with low level defenseless members who will take extremely high damage and cause things to die that way.
>>570318047To troll the player
>>570321154>shrine background
>>570318047>need to kill X enemy with curse damage>curse damage does shit because of my main team blocking or just overleveled>mfw after finding 4 recruits to sacrifice
>>570318047There are times where it feels like the devs actually tried making it a real option for the player during some fights but outside of Cursecut/Transfer shenanigans in 2, it hasn't ever been practical. Even in the case of Cursecut, it's less about curse working like it should and more letting the player get some extranmileage out of an otherwise useless ailment.
>>570322242Your feet when?

>>570330896ThanksReally needed an OHOHOHOHOHOHOHO right about now
>>570318047because it's funny to watch my whole team explode after a FOE applies curse on them with a turn order that is somehow directly after my healer's failed attempt to cleanse
Finished EO3 for the second time. I finished on the DS years ago, having done the Porcelain Wish this time I did the Deep City route insteadDamn that was sadRegardless I have question on what to do now. Should I go for new game plus and do the deep city route (and then the eldest one path) or pass and go directly to kill the 6th stratum and the abyssal god?
>>570323357>Cursecut/Transfer shenanigansit's really not that hard to buy amritas and hexer's skill tree is pretty stacked and she doesn't want to waste points on leveling curse. Especially since if you grab scavenge you don't want to spend forever in the dungeon anyways.
>>570318047IN THEORY it shouldn't be so shit because regular enemies in EO games have low HP, so having them kill themselves with recoil damage actually works. The thing is that you never ever want enemies to even get attacks in, so if you can inflict any other ailment you should go for it instead
>>570310990Last night I posted about wanting help finishing 3 HD and today I've been grinding away trying to get the squad in shape. I decided to run Gladiator/Hoplite/Zodiac/Monk/Wildling (dropped Ygg because Breakfire+Overheat+Ascetic stops being fun once you get low on TP and start having to balance healing TP and surviving recoil). My two main questions now are about my Zodiac and Gladiator. Turns out I was wrong in my original post and Zodi's sub is Buccaneer, with 3 in the prereqs for Limit Boost as well as 3 in Limit Boost itself. Pic is her Zodiac skill tree. Maybe it's supposed to look like this at this point but to me it feels like I spread points all over the place and got nothing in return. I can tell I was gunning for Meteor (one point in Horoscope is cut off from the image), but I'm wondering if it would be better to Rest and focus on the elemental skills and eventually Rest again when the time comes to throw Meteors. As for Gladiator, I can't really say why but I just don't like him. I choose the Sword route and he's sub'd Buccaneer for Eagle Eye. For some reason it just feels like he has something like ten less Skill Points than everyone else, despite currently having the highest level. I've been having him run Break but I assume Bind Cut is better now that I have a Wildling? Again, it's been awhile since I played the game, but I have clear memories of being disapointed in his damage.
>>570350724You're right but I was trying to be as generous as possible towards curse.
>>570355283>I've been having him run Break but I assume Bind Cut is better now that I have a Wildling? Again, it's been awhile since I played the game, but I have clear memories of being disapointed in his damage. You really want Blade Rave for damage. Bind Cut does nice damage but reapplying binds in 3 can be difficult for big fights.
>>570355283That looks mostly fine for zodi, it'll take a long time to get the prophecies and meteor if you're going for both, that's just kind of how it is with casters that build three elements. As long you're hitting weaknesses, the charged stars with singularity and elemental limits should be doing good damage. You might want to get each star to 5 if you feel like damage is lacking. Singularity and Etheric Charge are what really do the damage while benefiting all three elements, that's usually why you max them early on. Lady Luck is basically useless for zodi since their normal attacks are bad anyways so yeah, that will feel like getting nothing. The bucc sub is indeed just for Limit Boost and Eagle Eye and there's no reason for your gladiator to take Eagle Eyes since your zodi already has it. Make sure the elemental limit is paired between your zodi and monk since monk should have the next highest TEC.
Do I NEED to retire my characters? I have them at level 60 and it just feels fucking exhausting to have to restart all over again. It also feels shitty to think of all those tomes I've already used...
>>570355283One more tip for random encounters is to use Dark Ether on your Wildling's line to make the high-cost summons free. If your wildlling isn't reliably acting before the enemy, I recommend getting the Hayakaze spear, feeding them a speed book or two, and equipping agility boosting gear.>>570357154No, in all my numerous EO play-throughs across the series, I don't think I've retired my characters a single time.
>>570357154You never need to retire your characters unless you really want to minmax for some reason. Also how easy it is to grind up depends heavily on the game and it can take forever in certain ones.
You all ever just
>>570357154>tomesaccording to wiki:>If the character's stats are increased through the use of books, their apprentice will also have these stat bonuses and retain the number of available uses.Anyway, retiring: Wanna minmax? Then yes do it. Wanna beat game? Don't do it
>>570360232depends, do I need to minmax to beat the superbosses?talking about EO3 now
>>570321154The Cheat looks a lot different from what I rememberIt has been a while, though
>>570360954retiring in those lower level brackets to get a few bonus points is always nice for superbosses. guaranteed that a proper team composition to deal with superboss bullshittery is the main solution, levels only help brute force with weaker comps
>>570366178its kinda funny that by doing this playthrough with a farmer I ended up overleveled as fuck and with my party equipped to kingdom's fuck thanks to all the extra dosh. That said, that was only to make up for the fact that the farmer did jackshit during boss fightsbut damn it, I'm bringing my loli to all the superbosses
Whoa
First time playing EO3, only near the end of the 3rd stratum but I kinda like the shortened floor count so far. The constant teleporting around in EO2 cheapens the dungeon exploration for me. 3's compact design + frequent unlockable shortcuts is a nice change of pace
>>570377859EO3 is when they finally figured out and got really good with level design. People shit a bit on 4 having smaller levels (but its in exchange for a ton of dungeons and an overworld, so its moot) but overall the series only gets better and we never get the dogshit from 1 and 2 again (even the Untold titles just make the maps infinitely better)
Stay alive while I attend a funeral service
>>570355283Update: the party is online, and while random encounters go a lot faster, Shin proves to be very resilient. It takes 30-40 turns to get her to half health (twice as fast as what it was) but by the time I get there my party has exhausted their TP and the next Ice attack wipes my back row. I'm considering filling almost every inventory slot I have with Amritas and having the Wilding chuck them out.Speaking of the Wildling, is there a specific summon I should be using? I thought I saw Shin has a Head-bind conditional and even without the drop it seems like all her moves are tied to her head, but it only lasts for one turn. Then I swapped to Lion, which did more damage but I thought I read that Shin is coded to not do damage if your party doesn't have ailments, which makes me a bit wary to use him again. I tried Tiger too but I don't think he did anything whatsoever.
>>570387262I think there was a campsite nearby that boss room if I remember right, are you sure you fully explored? If you've been resting without grinding your levels back then you might be under-leveled as well. Head bind should shutdown some of her attacks, if it only lasted a single turn then you just got unlucky with RNG. Binds are strong but sometimes you just get shit luck. If you're having trouble with ailments, make sure you're keeping Prevent Order up from your monk/sovereign. Prioritize keeping it on the monk's line so they can always heal everybody else. I forget if you should have it by now but there's a limit called Regroup Tactic which is really good for ailment bosses as well. Tiger is insta-death on summon and then switches to countering psychical attacks every turn. They work well as a single-target tank if you use Otori on them and can dish out a lot of damage on multi-hitting physical attacks. I don't think they'll really shine as much for Shin because I don't remember if she had any physical attacks.
>>570387262Oh wait, my bad, I skimmed the first part of your post so you can ignore what I said about campsites. Yeah, just stock up on amrita if you're running dry during the fight.
>>570379485Hey I still like some of the dogshit from 1 and 2. Certain floors have their charm, but you start to notice when the "padding" mapmaking takes over. Even the EO3 floor1-2 gold gargoyle areas felt like a classic 1&2 shitzone. Not in a good way.
>>570379485Even when factoring in the overworld and side dungeons, 4 is still smaller than the other games though it's also so well-paced that it doesn't even matter. Also 2 Untold has the worst dungeon design in the series and floor jump ruins anything the Untolds would have over their original counterparts.
>>570395128>floor jump>It allows the player to teleport instantly to the staircases of any with Floor Jumping enabled.Neat, it's the warp points of eo2 classic on steroids? that's exactly the thing I wanted to see less of
>>570392859oh its definitely soulful. If the games and their levels were truly so bad then they would have never become a series. They are only bad in comparison to later entries, and still fun anyway>>570395128floor jumps are overhated. Replaying 3 I can guarantee there's no challenge nor anything interesting about having to walk through shortcuts every fucking time, and its a neat reward for doing your maps perfectlyAlso, unlike actual broken features like full map drawing you can ignore floor jumps if you really hate them because the game is not designed with floor jumps being mandatory, you can still do the thing of walking through several floors using the shortcuts before reaching your intended one
>>570387262Update: we did it, etriams!I'm still a little spooked for the future because I came in with I think 25 Amritas and now I'm down to five.

>>570446141that's a lot of landsknechts for one teamone of them is even stuck in the back row! I guess the back one can star drop for the front ones or something
>>570397547Teleporting around the labyrinth all willy nilly takes away the sense of danger for me. I like 3's idea of how the dungeon should feel, even if its execution isn't perfect. Every trip into the deeper floors should feel dangerous, if your objective is to reach a stratum/quest boss then the road to them should feel equally daunting. Execution-wise it doesn't really play out that way and it's more tedious than fun, reminds me of repeating long trips through dark souls area whenever you die fighting a boss. I wonder what the game would need to make those trips more engaging.
Tried like 30 minutes or so of the demo. Sadly, the beast loli class and Monyu portraits aren't in the demo but I'm assuming that's only since it's the demo version. Despite not knowing Japanese, it basically just seems like they repurposed Monyu assets into a new game. Same attack animations, UI style, and probably the same general world setting. The one thing that really annoyed me was that they made you pick a male/female "MC" and then it wouldn't let you remove them from the party. I don't know if it's like this in the full game or if you later get the ability to remove them but that kind of thing greatly annoys me.
>>570475202>force MC to permanently take up one party slot at all timesthats my favorite mechanic
>>570475503Why are you here in /eog/, where the entire series lets you freely create you whole party? To be more clear, the demo had a "hero" class and then you pick the the male or female portrait while choosing a name. Maybe there is some way to remove them in the full game, I don't know, but I don't know why you'd like having the game force one of your party slots like that.
>>570475503That was my favorite mechanic in FF7-8 I sure love having a big cast of characters to only being able to pick 2 allies to fight along the MC.
>>570479898for me its world of final fantasy where you can catch like 100+ monsters which fight with you but you are always stuck with the shitty and ugly main characters in your party. literally always. what a retard design.
>>570476387Why does everybody have to act the same way for you, especially on such a niche thread?
>>570482101it's fine to like having a set MC but you can still do that yourself by defining one character as your MC and never taking them out of your partyremoving choices in a franchise about choice in partybuilding is bad for that franchise's core premise, and if you don't get that then you can play another franchise
>>570482101Well you don't, I guess it's just surprising to see that being somebody's favorite mechanic in a general about EO, a series that stresses free party creation.
>>570476387Sorry anon, it was a sarcastic post. I recently played Chrono Cross where 50% of my game time I was forced to use an ugly furry protag that replaced the hero and you could not swap him out ever. In case you're not aware, CC has a 3 party member team and you have 40+ party members to choose from. One slot is permanently reserved for the protagonist. So with all that said, I really really really love when games do things like that.
>>570485269Ah, my bad. In the back of my mind I thought that might have been sarcasm but I decided to take it seriously for some reason.
>>570475503I'm fond of when you're allowed to have a party without the MC deployed, but you'd be a fool not to use him since he's one of the better units in the game
>>570483259Trying to gatekeep somebody being okay with having one slot be given to a Hero or main character is dumb, anon. Somebody can understand the pros and cons to it both, and will continue to play Etrian no matter how you feel about them. You'll just have to deal with it
So, I tried punch monkits fucking weird, the damage he pulls with breakfire fist and all the gladiator buffs is incredible but I hate so much how frail he is because I'm using the "glitch" (now probably confirmed feature) of leaving one armor space open so that I can use the amazing breakfire fist while benefitting from the damage of a weapon. Its incredibly annoying, but there's no denying that he is, by far, the biggest damage dealer in the entire partySo I have a question, can a normal gladiator pull the same damage numbers with other skills? Because its just fucking boring to have to revive this lad all the time if a single thing goes wrong
>>570475202Does it have interesting skill trees or is it another "spam attack with every class" dungeon crawler?
Today, Etrian Odyssey II is 18 years old in NA. Here is the highest praise I could find in a review regarding Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard, from 1up.com, from Wikipedia:>"Sure, we're all dying to know what 'La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo' means -- myself included. But it says something about our hobby that even in a week when the biggest-budget, highest-tech game imaginable hits stores, there's a seemingly anachronistic, equally engrossing labor of love available from a minuscule, hardworking crew with just as much heart as [Hideo] Kojima's team. The gaming world's got more than enough room for both, and I couldn't be happier"*note: the wiki, and fandom of EO says the 13th (for the na release date), whereas wikipedia says the 17th. Following the source that wikipedia uses, it is a single source from IGN, saying the game was announced for the 17th. I can't tell when the article was written, as it was updated in 2012, well after the fact, and my patience in this entire endeavor has reached a limit.
>>570502984jesus christ, its so sad handhelds are gone and probably that entire branch of mid size game development will never come back. The DS and 3DS era were peak for many japanese studios, and its sad that they are taking so long to jump to development for PCs (because God knows they won't touch the aids infested consoles of today, except maybe the switch)
>>570498308Gladiators are top tier physical damage, it's kinda weird & frustrating but glad/monk seems far better than monk/glad for punching. Glad comes with much more HP/STR/VIT than monk and gets access to endless battle. The true negative (for nds version, idk about HD) is that you can't have monk portraits if you wanna minmax punch potential. Also, reminds me of classic FF1 monks where unequipping all gear skyrockets their stats.
>>570502984What a line up, damn that little handheld was stacked with top quality games.>>570503515We're in a weird spot where handhelds are sorta coming back, just not in the style of a brand new console but a mini-pc/emulation machine. Honestly it would make me hopeful for the future if we weren't all systematically being priced out of all modern hardware.
>>570502176Well that's the other thing I didn't like, it looks like skills are gained by leveling and are not all viewable from the start. You just gain a level and then unlock/learn a new skill automatically. I mean, the skill load-out for each class will presumably end up being the same as what Experience usually does once a class is leveled enough. It feels more like they were trying to repurpose Monyu into FF instead of 7th Dragon if that makes any sense. But then again, I barely played any of the demo and can't understand the language. Kind of makes me wish they just made Monyu 2 instead.
>>570503515I also mourn the loss of the 3/DS family of consoles, which, by design, are the most comfortable (Best!?) way to play these games.I miss the era when games needed to be completed upon release. There's been a huge shift towards "just release the damn thing, we'll patch it within the first couple of days/weeks, and sell them what we haven't finished yet, but intended to be in the final product as 'expansion' DLC at later date."But what can be done? I can be 'old man that yells at cloud', but we're gradually moving to cloud-based and digital-only model.Pretty soon, collectorfags like myself won't have anything physical to buy. Publishers will remove that whole process to narrow margins.
>>570505017I'm noticing an uptrend in people's interest in physical hardware, be it vintage or something new and modern. It might remain niche but it's not fully disappearing. Well unless we succeed in creating some sort of AI hellscape that some interests are keen on doing so.
>>570504407>idk about HDgood news, you can pick any portrait in HD version>>570505017I'm having so much joy playing the HD version of EO3 and the better graphics are just undeniable. That said so much is fucking lost with the exploration being in a vertical screen rather than horizontal, you feel the labyrinth is way more claustrophic and uglyI still think there are still games that come out completely finished, last one I can recall was Visions of mana, what a good game, but yeah, the "we'll patch it later" is always too tempting for so many studios. On another note, collectorfaggism doesn't get much pity from me because I find the accumulation of earthly goods without inherent value (no beuty, no uniqueness) to be decadent as fuck. In a way, collecting physical games to me is no different to collecting funko pops well, still not as cringe
>>570504407I think I'm going to try out shogun instead. After playing for so many hours with the same class, even if his performance is superb, it just gets boring to see and do the same thing over and overany tips on how to shogun damage dealer? I assume gladiator sub is a must

Well now I'm not sure anymore about whether the MC can be removed or not because they included a screenshot with the Wolf class update that shows no "Brave" class portraits in it. Either you unlock the ability to use any portrait with any class or maybe they can be removed somehow. I dunno, if the game ever gets translated maybe I'll check it out someday but as of right now, it's hard finding information about ultra niche games like this.
>>570531964 oh good im not the only one who used solid lines to get through there
>>570534439I'm pretty sure you can't fill in the map with pits as intended because there's an icon limit. The nightmare design of 27F literally can't be mapped out using the intended tools because the game runs out of space if you try marking each pitfall in the DS version.
>>570531964How did you map the teleporter or conveyor floors on DS?
>>570539992Pen & paper if you wanna map it all out. For ingame once you know the route just Memo notes the order of the teleports you need to take to the next floor. God, I forgot there's no shortcut icons or specific gather nodes. It's memo notes all the way down. I wanna play EO1 again
>>570541015I played this first on 3DS and had to use the numbers to map it. I'm loving going through the DS version but I'll have to bust out the Wizardry mapper app when I get to this part.

So I decided to make a shogun and there's one thing I'm not sure aboutthe wiki says that the atk stat of the second weapon equipped doesn't matter, that any damage is calculated using only the weapon in the first slot, so I just equipped a stun knife on the second hand instead. However, maybe this is a fat fucking lie because the second attack from my shogun is doing only 1 point of damage, so I don't know if its because I haven't leveled Second Sword past the first point or because the wiki is lying (or it was changed from the DS to the HD version), can anyone confirm?
>>570704893The second weapon matters for normal attacks, that's why the stun knife is doing 1. Skills only use the weapon in the first slot however.
>>570705474Makes sensenow I'm wondering if its worth investing points into Second Sword and buy a strong weapon... I guess if I'm going to do a lot of standard attacks it should be obvious that I should
>>570706013uhis it worth investing ONE point in sword mastery to allow the shogun to equip this sword if the objective is to increase the damage of standard attacking or is it pointless without the passive boosting sword damage?
>>570706013>>570706349The stat forges of the second weapon apply at all times but you could also just put forges on a katana instead. If you intend on normal attacking a lot then yeah, Second Sword will help make the second attack less shitty but it'll never do the full damage of the first attack. It's good with swashbuckling shogun/bucc or a shogun that has some additional skills that gives them incentive to normal attack a lot, like Beheading, Stun Attack, Night-vision, or whatever. In other words, it's more valuable if you're deliberately building around normal attacks.
>>570707387I put 10 points into stun attack on purpose because thanks to having two princesses in the party (blonde wife and newcomer mesugaki) I have retarded survivability and can afford to just auto-attack 90% of encounters, so may as well start putting points on second swordWhat I'm not sure about is that I have a very fucking good sword and mace as equipment that could deal a lot of damage, since my shogun is subclassed into gladiator what I'm wondering is if maybe I should put a single point to allow the shogun to equip maces or swords to take advantage of it, or just keep going with katanas because they have a higher action speed. Not to mention if I invest into equipping maces or sword it'll be worth it unless I put 10 full points into the mastery passive to make it worth it or if that's unecessary
>>570708265weapon mastery offers very low bonuses in EO3, I believe you put those at dead last in your priority list unless some other skill demands a higher level requirement out of them
>>570703075i don't have the nostalgia rush for primitive jungle because i started with 2, then 1, then 3.
>>570708265I mean you could just buy another hachiyou if you want a katana with higher attack power than the durandal. The additional luck forges would further help with stunning things. The mastery skills for all weapons don't really add up to much damage, if your katana mastery is already high then it's probably better to just stick with that unless you want to be able to use sword or mace skills.
>>570709570>buy another hachiyouI was about to do that when i realized I started new game+ before I could hunt another fucking harvester for a second hachiyou lmao. I'm equipping the katana that kujura drops tho>>570709189>not that importantI guess I would only need to invest a single point to be able to equip the Durandal or the Yagrush, but if I'm just going to be spamming 5-ring sword maybe its pointless. Weird of me to be so autistic about this kind of min maxing, but I've heard terrible dogshit about post game superbosses, and resting to respec is always annoying
Playing EO2 right now please tell me stratum 4/5 is better, im sick and fucking tired of the ice holy shit please please please
>>570710210minmaxing in these games is super fun for me. I think I clocked an extra 50+ hours on EO1's postgame just figuring out the most efficient teams to clear random encounters & specific bosses
>>570710279stratum 4 is definitely better than stratum 3. arguably the best stratum in the game imo.
>>570710448its weird because I've finished 3, 4, 5 and Nexus before but it wasn't until i made another playthrough of 3 with the HD version that I ever cared to do the postgameI think its because this time around i finally have a party that I'm having fun playing, because the first time I finished 3 I hated it so much because of the team I was running
>>570710279ya like piss, anon?
I'm going to assume its an obvious "yes", but if you rest a character that you have retired you keep all the bonus stats and skill points from retiring them, ya?
>>570710841Thank god>>570710984Uhh no?
>>570710279>Playing EO2 right now please tell me stratum 4/5 is betterhaha
>no exp drop upon defeating a FOE>in a game with the most grindy retire system of the entire seriesWHAT were they THINKING?
>>570713379its fucking horrible, I'm not sure if they changed it for the HD version
>>570713608They didn't; HD doesn't give exp for killing FOEs or turning in quests.
>>570713379You don't need to retire but if you want to level quickly in 2, just farm the stratum bosses since they give tons of exp. In the HD collection it goes even faster since you can set it to picnic mode.
>>570715317I know it's mostly a pointless criticism since nothing truly needs lv99 but you if you entice me with a maplestory-tier grind I want the all the tools necessary to make it happen. Ticks me off that my entire grind session consisted of sleeping for two weeks straight, "teleports behind u" on each boss and warping to the next stratum. FOEs needed some kind of better reward for all the trouble it takes to defeat them
>>570715317>using picnic mode at allI would call it fucking disgusting if it wasn't because I know grinding in 2 is even more disgusting
/eog/ you don't look so good, have a Medica III
bro
>paralysis lands on first nerve throw>lasts a whopping 6 turns (1 from NS's force break)>the boss is paralyzed on 4 of those turns>renew procs on every single final decree usagei don't know if i should take the win or not cause holy rng
>>570725592A win's a win.
>>570725592A win is a winhow many times has the RNG screwed us and btfo our party in a bullshit way? never ever feel bad when it works in our favor
https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/146055336Big matome of that one guy's For-chan
is it standard practice to encounter this thing and have your front row deleted after one torpedo
>>570733367Yeah, that thing is one of the more threatening 4th stratum enemies. I hope you have volt defense or a way to bind or inflict an ailment on it. Head bind will weaken the volt damage but I forget if it's arm or leg to shut it down.
>>570733367pretty much. and there is that one scripted ambush is in the middle of the floor can wipe you.
>>570733367yes, they are assholes, I hope you got mitigation
Found a cool illustration
>>570737170>found
>>570732568WOW!
>>570632590The Brave/Default system is a lot of fun, though I don't know how EO would balance for it. It would give more incentive to just block, though.
As I'm reading through the EO3 formulas they're making as little sense to me as the EO1 & 2 math. Am I dumb (don't answer) or are these stats far less intuitive than they should be? It's either bugged in some way, barely giving any benefit, or strangely convoluted. I'm trying to figure out what EO3's armor stat does and reading pic related only makes me more confused.Do they simplify this stuff in later games?
>>570748557the big problem with the system is that you can go down to negative 4 bp. So regular encounters are solved by having everyone take 4 turns and absolutely blowing everything up before it can do anything, and if there's anything etrian excels at it's having good random encounter design.

>>570753793Many Earthlains are saying this.
>>570732568Why is she so perfect?
>>570732568what is he holding? it's like he's just polishing a rod
>>570755687Looks like a 'dagger' or shortsword version of those red Nightseeker blades.
>>570756784I can't tell if the bag is supposed the be hers (on the table), because she does have a bag like that, albeit much smaller? So I thought maybe the medic left their bagand then on the floor, I keep looking at the monster parts spilling out, and I don't know what I'm looking at. is it the arm of one of them onion boys?Believe it or not, EOIV was my first game, but then I played the others, and IV has a (deliberately) different cast of monsters. Like, I'm used to the mole as an early game monster, but they took him out in IV. cute art. they could at least wrap up her chest, but I guess she doesn't have anything to cover.>>570755152this image explains it. She has a petite upper build and pigtails and yet stands between the monsters and the rest of the party. But then has the smug demeanor of someone thrice her power level. Forchan takes the beating for the squishy classes, and then when the battle is over gives a thumbs up, like, 'No problem, coach, we gottem. I can might need help getting up, but I'll just walk it off. Put me back in, coach!'
>>570733367this is one of the enemies that make you glad you have a hoplite in your team
>>570759067It's a tad bit overtuned, nothing generic in stratums 1-3 could so effortlessly nuke the front line. I like that I actually have a use for those volt charm accessories at least
beautiful shinjuku clown vomit
>>570733367total skill issue
>>570749816This formula doesn't actually do anything, the actual damage formula is just (attack - defense) * relevant multipliers as far as I remember.
