So now that you have this 2:09.5 you can pick yourself as the ghost and ghost through the barriers in the first 3 corners, gaining a fair chunk of time. By that point you'll be ahead of your own ghost by enough that you won't be able to do the trick any-more(and actually it's important to get ahead by then because it also stops you from using the guardrails to brake for corners). Alternatively you can just try to match your ghost as well as you can(just make sure not to fall too far behind and you'll easily catch up by just ghosting through shit even if your driving is slightly worse) and then use the phasing feature at the long left hander in the middle of the highspeed section. The one that dips down and goes back up hard. By carrying more speed there you can save quite a bit of time since it's all full throttle until the end.

If you're not running an AWD swap(and specifically a swap, stock AWD cars are garbage) you'll be way behind.
