sure, but there's clear differences in design philosophy (or whatever you want to call it). highness and royal lock you into archfiends, you can only activate one usurpation per turn (as opposed to yummy surprise and the like, that allow you to activate each effect once per turn if you have multiples), emperor banishes the whole field instead of just your opponent's, etc etc. the deck is ass because it's not the designated shill deck

Let's use Ketu for example

Why is this better you may ask? As good as Ketu is, it still only trades one for one with a negate.
But this one requires you to have two interruptions to stop both effects.
