Is the boss difficulty in 11 with stronger monsters just inconsistent? I've gotten my shit kicked in by Tentacular, Dora-in-grey, Auroral Serpent (which made me remove party wipe when hero dies) and Indignus, but other bosses like the spider, Gyldygga and Jasper Unbound were fairly easy or even pushovers in some cases.

Picked up my first bride.I'm enjoying Treasures way more than I expected. The main thing that's driving me crazy is the Xenoblade 2 dispatch shit taking so long. tried emulating the 3DS games on my phone, not gonna bring my 3DS outside nowadays, especially given how basically impossible it would be to replace it if something were to happen to it, they actually look pretty nice once i realized they look better at 720p than 1080p (some post effects don't play nice with that much of a upres).Their only issue now is that the contrast is kinda high to improve visibility on the shittiest screens (given 3DS' screen was a lottery), though it's only really notable on DQ8 and even then you kinda get used to itsomething something two cakes

He only has two moves, you can get Fire and Magic resist gear and he doesn't tend to spam his feather attack dealing unresisted 50-90 damage to all like Dhoul1 does with the thorn whips or double targeting with debris for 150.Empyrea is impossible without godly luck or two monster teams, I did the latter. You can't even cheese her like you can in the 3DS version with base level Red's Gold Rush that deals a flat 500 per use.The two monster teams I have are Skeledoid/Cybot/Nohi, and the three gigases on the other. The two gigases and Talos were instrumental for dealing with empyrea thanks to the gigas' 1/6 crit rate.
