The point of those "Loyalist Cabal" was to be gladiatorial entertainment, so it'd make sense to have clones on an exile for Calus vs. having to constantly send him new blood to instantly throw into a grinder.The "baths" encounter was a birthing pool.Any Red Legion remnants joining the Shadow Legion is weird though, and is purely asspull because every Cabal SHOULD know that those "Cabal" are clones. The Red Legion remnants should have either slowly disappeared from the places they were found after Spire of Stars, slowly being replaced by various smaller groups, but then that's Bungie making subfactions again and we don't do that anymore.
