Do you ever get the feeling that SU in general has a policy of not respecting the people who have faithfully supported them in the past in favor of getting new potential players? Like the SU debacle with original SB supporters not gaining access to the skin from being early supporters or by buying the nikke dlc. Those playstation players were forced into buying an entirely new more expensive 'complete edition' copy of the game on PS5. They literally didn't care or do anything about it. There's also the devnote mentioning that "despite fears of collabs causing players to leave", their internal statistics found that "more new players join that old players leave" which allowed them to publically double down on collabs even though it's unpopular within their own community. We also got idol months. I can't believe i used to believe in y1 that SU was a company that listened to the community (because they used to add quality of life changes extremely fast and the only other gaccha game i played at the same time was uma musume that took 2-3+ years to add simple basic QoL changes) Like fuck them, I know I am just a customer to them but to a lot of other companies, even if it's just to sustain brand loyalty, will at least try to pretend to care.
